Skillet Beef and Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package (7 oz) macaroni
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until the meat is browned and onion is tender; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until macaroni is tender. stirring occasionally. Add additional water if needed. Yield: 4-6 servings.
