Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except the last two, then sift them into the mixture.
  2. Don't overstir.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes in greased muffin tins.
