Tuna, Tomato, Cinamon Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 400 tomato
  • 200 pasta

Directions:

  1. Chop the onion and fry them in the olive oil until soft and golden.
  2. Add the chili and the cinamon.
  3. Add the two cans of drained tuna.
  4. Add the tomato to the tuna.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add basilicum and lemon juice.
  7. Boil the pasta a dente.
  8. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce and stir.
  9. Add 1-2 tbsp of parmezan and serve.
