Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook noodles as directed on package, drain.
  3. Mix noodles, tuna, red pepper, mushrooms, sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper in ungreased 2 quart casserole or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
  4. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine; sprinkle over tuna mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
