Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place cheeses and parsley into TM bowl and grate for 10 seconds on speed 9. set aside.
  2. Place onion, garlic and butter into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
  3. Saute for 3 minutes at varoma temperature on speed 1.
  4. Add flour and milk and mix for 4 seconds on speed 5. cook for 6 minutes at 80 degrees on speed 4.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients including reserved cheese and stir through for 5 seconds on reverse + speed 4.
  6. Serve immediately with rice or pasta.
