Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice beef into thick strips.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chili powder, paprika and pepper.
  3. Add beef and coat well.
  4. Peel orange and remove all the pith.
  5. Divide orange into sections.
  6. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and saute beef for 3-5 minutes until done.
  7. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  8. In same skillet, add orange sections and salsa.
  9. Raise heat to medium high and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Stir in cilantro and oregano.
  11. Continue to cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  12. Serve beef topped with this sauce over rice.
