Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan mix broth, pepper, carrot and celery.
  2. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil.
  3. Add tortellini.
  4. Reduce heat to medium.
  5. Cook 15 minutes or until tortellini is done, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in parsley.
  7. Serve.
