Tortellini In Spinach Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook tortellini as directed on package
  2. Drain, set aside
  3. Heat oil in skillet
  4. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender
  5. Add spinach, tomato, basil, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes or so, stirring occasionally
  6. Stir in whipping cream and cheese
  7. Cook until just coming to boil
  8. Reduce heat to low and add tortellini
  9. Heat thoroughly
  10. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese
