Tomato-Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Arrange pork chops (they don't have to be defrosted) in crock pot.
  2. Place onion slices on top of pork chops.
  3. Pour tomatoes over all.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on lowest setting in crock pot for 4-8 hours.
  6. To serve, spoon over hot rice.
