Directions:

  1. Season pork chops heavily.
  2. In large skillet brown pork chops until mahogany in color (this will probably take about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
  3. Add coffee to skillet.
  4. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until fork tender (about 1 hour).
  5. Serve over hot cooked grits.
