Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes and arrange on a platter
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Thinly slice onion and spread over tomatoes
  4. Put parsley,garlic,salt ,pepper,sugar on a cutting board and finely chop together.
  5. Mix in parmesan cheese
  6. Spread mixture over tomatoes
  7. Sprinkle more olive oil on top
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in fridge for 2- 3 hrs.
