Homemade Tagliatelle With Porcini Mushroom

Ingredients:

  • 350 g tagliatelle pasta noodles
  • 50 g garlic
  • 50 g parsley
  • 12 slices parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan.
  2. Fry the chopped garlic till transparent.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and keep aside.
  4. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
  5. Drain well.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  7. Toss well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
  10. Serve immediately!
