Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees and grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Peel bananas and cut lengthwise in half; brush with lemon juice. Place 1 banana half on each tortilla.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon, reserving 1 tablespoon. Sprinkle the bananas with the mixture.
  4. Roll each tortilla around the banana and place seam side down on the cookie sheet.
  5. Brush with margarine or butter. Sprinkle the top with the reserved sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Bake 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Place on dessert plates and drizzle with ice cream topping of your choice.
