West Indes Baked Bananas - Guineos Al Horno

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425*F. Place peeled bananas in a baking pan. Cover each with lemon juice and vanilla. Sprinkle each banana with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 7 minutes. Serve hot.
