Thunder Thigh Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared pie crust (, in a 9 inch pie plate)
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp flour
  • 1 1/4 cups light corn syrup
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

Directions:

  1. Beat together sugar, flour, cornsyrup, vanilla and eggs.
  2. Stir in the pecans& Butter Pour into the pie crust.
  3. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes or until the center is puffed and golden, cool& serve.
