Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large skillet.
  2. Add onions, leeks and garlic.
  3. Saute until caramelized.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
  6. Serve at room temperature with crackers or breadsticks.
