Thai Radish And Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In the bottom of a medium bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, oil.
  2. Add daikon, cucumber, bell pepper, pepper flakes.
  3. Toss and combine.
  4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  5. When ready to serve, tear basil into pieces and add to salad.
  6. Toss salad to incorporate basil and serve.
