Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp grated onion
  • 1/2 red pepper- cut in thin strips
  • 1/2 yellow pepper- cut in thin strips
  • 1 avacado, cubed
  • 1- 6 oz pckg slivered almonds
  • 1- 4 oz pckg pine nuts
  • 1- 6 oz pckg terra chips

Directions:

  1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small jar and refrigerat until ready to use
  2. Toss together the salad ingredients (not the terra chips)
  3. Pour dressing (slowly, only use as much as needed)
  4. Crumble the terra chips ontop
  5. ENJOY
