Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 (6 oz) can tuna
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup cut mushroom
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Place the tuna into a frying pan and add the onion powder and the garlic powder and mix.
  3. Pour the Sweet n' Sour sauce, the Soy sauce, and the Teriyaki sauce onto the tuna and mix.
  4. Put the vegetables on top of the tuna (or mix). Heat up the tuna/vegetable mix and sautee for a few minutes.
  5. Serve the tuna over the rice (or mix).
  6. You can use other vegetables or other spices if desired.
