Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Cream together the shortening, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Beat in sour cream.
  4. Whisk together the flours, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Beat into the creamed mixture.
  6. Fold in the nuts, chocolate and raisins.
  7. Cover dough, refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared cookie sheet.
  9. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, cool completely on sheet.
