Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cup. whole wheat flour
  • 1 2/3 cup. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup. skim milk
  • 1/2 cup. nonfat yogurt
  • 2/3 cup. egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cup. bananas

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 2 bread pans and cook at 350 for 50 minutes.
