Ingredients:

  1. Cut steak into 4 serving pieces. Dredge in flour mixed with salt; place in crock-pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
  2. Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese. Yield: 4 to 5 servings if you use up to 2 pounds of meat.

  6. 1/4 cup Flour
  7. 1 teaspoon Salt
  8. 1 stalk Celery chopped
  9. 2 each Carrot pared and chopped
  10. 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  11. 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  12. 8 ounce Tomato sauce
  13. 1/2 cup American Cheese grated and optional

  19. I made this without using tomato sauce since I was out and used 3/4 can on tomato Bisque soup and about a half a canned of canned tomatoes.
  20. Followup: it worked out great using the soup and stewed tomatoes. Janet favorite so far!
