Swiss Steak ( Crock Pot )

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound round steak (about 1 inch thick)
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 stalk celery chopped
2 large carrot (pared and chopped)
1/4 cup onion chopped
1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
8 ounce tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Cut steak into 4 serving pieces. Dredge in flour mixed with salt; place in crock-pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
2. Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese. Yield: 4 to 5 servings if you use up to 2 pounds of meat.

19. I made this without using tomato sauce since I was out and used 3/4 can on tomato Bisque soup and about a half a canned of canned tomatoes.
