Sweet Potatoes With Lime Chili Dust

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Par cook the potatoes in a pot of water until they are fork-tender; let cool.
  2. While potatoes are cooking, mix the lime zest, salt and cayenne pepper well. Set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 450.
  4. Slice each potato lengthwise into wedges. Spray a baking sheet with Pam, spread out the potatoes skin side down. Spray potatoes with Pam and sprinkle evenly with all the lime mixture.
  5. Bake until lightly browned, maybe 20 minutes, and serve.
