Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220c (425f). Line baking sheet with foil (preferably easy release kind).
  2. Peel sweet potatoes. Cut into strips that are about 1/2 inch on each side.
  3. Place them in a sealable plastic bag. Add oil, salt, paprika and cinnamon. Shake well to coat the fries evenly. Spread onto baking sheet in single layer.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Transfer immediately to paper towel lined plate. Serve warm.
