Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry each tomato.
  2. Remove a small slice from the top of each tomato and carefully scoop out the inside.
  3. Set the empty tomatoes aside.
  4. Chop the pulp and place in a medium-sized bowl.
  5. Mix in all the other ingredients and fill the empty tomatoes with this mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Serve on lettuce.
