Spinach, Tomato and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a separate container, mix together chopped tomatoes, cheese and chopped spinach.
  2. Flatten out chicken breasts to about 1/4 thickness.
  3. Spoon 1/2 of mixture onto each chicken breast.
  4. Roll each chicken breast up and secure with a toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees until done (about 45 minutes)
