Spicy Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, brown beef and drain.
  2. Add potatoes, onion, and tomato sauce.
  3. Stir in water, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
  4. Bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
