Ingredients:

  1. Soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  3. Heatabout 1 tbsp oil and scramble the beaten eggs, remove and reserve.
  4. Heat the remaining oil, fry the onions until opague.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and rice vermicelli with the curry powder and the sugar.
  6. Blend well.
  7. Add the soy sauce, meat, prawns, peas and scrambled eggs.
  8. Continue stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add the spring onion and chilles,.
  10. Mix gently and serve.
