Fried Rice Noodle

Ingredients:

  • 500 g kwetiao, rice noodle
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a wok heat a little oil
  2. Add pork, stir fry until golden brown
  3. Add garlic, chilli, untill fragant put sugar to caramelized
  4. Than you can add the egg, scramble until egg is done
  5. Add soy sauce keep stirring until you smell a smoky flavor
  6. Stirr in your noodles add the rest of the ingredients
  7. Keep stirring until all noodles are coated by soysauce
  8. Add bean sprout, mix well , serve
