Emelis Seafood Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb of raw shrimp
  • 1 1/2 lb of raw lobster
  • 1 lb of crab
  • 1/2 lb of scallop
  • 4 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb of pork barbecue
  • salt and pepper for tasting
  • 1 clove of garlic

Directions:

  1. Heat 2 tbs of oil in wok. Medium heat. Once heated, add egg; stirring until softly scrambled. Set aside
  2. Add al the seafood and garlic, stirring for 2 minutes. Set aside seafood, leaving garlic in wok
  3. Stir in rice and pork barbecue ad mix with the tasty brown bits left from the seafood.
  4. Once rice is completely fried, mix everything and set on plate.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle shredded scallion
  6. Serve with soy sauce
