  1. Mix all ingredients and put in a loaf pan.
  2. Pour reserved tomato sauce on top.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Drain liquid.
  5. Use leftovers to make meatloaf sandwiches on white bread with mayo.
