Meatloaf - Simple and Delicious

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package dry onion roasted garlic soup mix
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mustard

Directions:

  1. Mix the ground beef, soup mix, ketchup, eggs and oatmeal together.
  2. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  3. Press the meatloaf into the pan.
  4. Mix the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard together and spread over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes.
  6. Note: This makes a large meatloaf, but the leftovers are great served in a bun.
