  1. First mix ranch and hot sauce, use more or less of each until you reach your desired heat level. Then mix all ingridients (excluding:tortillas, shrimp, avocados and cheese) in a bowl, should be a slightly runny slaw mix, add more lettuce and/or sour cream if too watery, or more spicy ranch if too dry. Put shrimp in tortilla, top with a sprinkle of cheese, a heaping spoonful of onion slaw mix, then top with a few slices of avocados. And Enjoy! Also great with homemade sangria or margaritas!
