Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and devein shrimp; set aside.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, omitting salt and adding Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Drain and return to Dutch oven; keep warm.
  4. Saute broccoli and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add green onion; saute 1 minute.
  6. Add shrimp, cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Stir in mushrooms and water chestnuts; cook until thoroughly heated.
  8. Stir in sour cream; heat thoroughly but do not boil.
  9. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and old bay.
  10. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
