Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb. pork sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in sausage and cheese. Divide evenly into 6-muffin pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
