Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups zucchini
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Grate veggies
  2. Pumpkin puree
  3. Mix wet
  4. Mix dry
  5. Mix together
  6. Bake 350 for 12 min
