Rice and Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 (8 oz) can mushroom soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1 cup long grain rice

Directions:

  1. Brown onion and hamburger.
  2. Add celery, soup, water, soya sauce and rice.
  3. Place in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole.
  4. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350F.
