Rhubarb on the Simple

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs rhubarb, cleaned, trimmed , cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan set over medium heat. Cook 6 or 7 minutes or until tender.
  2. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Puree in a blender or food processor.
  4. Spoon into individual dishes.
