Ingredients:

  • 1,5 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp sherry
  • 5 figs
  • 16 g vanilla
  • 100 ml whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Boil water with lemon juice and sugar, and cook till it gets thick.
  2. Add rose water and shrry and after it is cool add fig.
  3. Beat cream with vanilla.
  4. Serve in a glass: one level fig mixture and one level whipped cream.
