Ingredients:

  • 6 cups water
  • 5 tbsp sugar or 5 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water (mazahar)

Directions:

  1. Quarter the lemons.
  2. Put the water and quartered lemons in a pot, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Strain into a teapot and stir in the sugar and orange blossom water.
  4. Bring to a boil and serve.
