  • 50 g tomato
  • 20 g onion
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Chop veg,
  2. Heat skillet,
  3. Heat olive oil for 2 min,
  4. Add veg,
  5. Sautee for 4-5 mins until soft and golden in colour,
  6. Add egg beaters.
  7. Enjoy!
