Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Cream the sugar and the cream cheese.
  2. Add mashed banana and eggs.
  3. Fold in baking mix and nuts.
  4. Pour into loaf pan.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
