Potatoes With Bacon and Onion

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the potatoes till tender, drain and slice them.
  2. Fry the onion in the oil till soft, but, no browned. Set aside. Keep warm.
  3. Fry the bacon till crisp.
  4. Add the potatoes and cook till brown on both sides.
  5. Gently stir in the onions and parsley, warm through and serve.
  6. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.
