Potatoes on the Grill

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes, place on a double layer of foil.
  2. Spread potatoes to make one layer.
  3. Add onion to potatoes.
  4. Add cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with a little paprika if desired.
  6. Fold foil over and on ends to completely cover potatoes.
  7. Cook on grill until done when tested with a fork.
