Pork Chops In Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

  • donnie''s cajun seasoning mix (or equivalent) (recipe on my profile page)
  • 1 101/4 oz. can of campbell''s beef gravy
  • 1/2 can of water
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with PAM.
  3. Season pork chops with Donnie’s Cajun Seasoning and let stand for 30 minutes.
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients (except the onions) in a bowl.
  5. Add enough of the gravy mixture to cover the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Place pork chops in the baking dish and cover with the onions and the remaining gravy mixture.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until pork is completely cooked. (To an internal temperature of at least 155 deg.).
  8. Remove from oven cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
  9. Enjoy.
