Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sliced onions in butter until caramelized. Add garlic and saute for another 5 minutes.
  2. Dip trimmed chops in milk, then roll in flour. Place in single layer in 9x13 baking pan. Smother with sauteed onion mixture, and sprinkle with seasoned salt, pepper, rosemary, and sage. Place bay leaves on top of onion mixture. Lightly sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons flour, then top with an even layer of sliced potatoes. Mix broth, cider, and sherry and pour over potatoes.
  3. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until pork and potatoes are done.
