Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a pot with Pam.
  2. Add garlic & onions, cook over medium heat until onion is lightly browned (apprx 5 minutes).
  3. Pour in the stock.
  4. Stir in curry paste, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add crab and heat for apprx 2minutes. Give it astir or two.
  6. Serve over rice.
