Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan; add the garlic and saute until fragarant, 30 seconds.
  2. Add pork and sage, continue cooking 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add coleslaw, and cook until cabbage is softened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and broth.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce hat to medium and simmer, covered, until vegetables are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
