Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp lemon , rind of, grated
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in egg yolks and other ingredients.
  3. Mix well,cover bowl and chill at least 2 hours.
  4. Shape dough into 1 inch balls,place on greased cookie sheets and flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
